Quotes and pricing

The prices indicated on the website are provided for information purposes. A detailed quote is drawn up for each project. Any quote is valid for thirty days from the date of issue.

Payment

Payment terms are specified in the quote. A deposit may be requested upon project validation. The balance is invoiced according to the agreed schedule.

Timelines

Delivery times are given as an indication and depend on the availability of the elements necessary for the provision of the service.

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation by the client after the service has begun, the amounts paid remain due on a pro-rata basis for the work already completed.

Intellectual property

Deliverables remain the property of Mariana Vaccarezza until full payment. After payment, usage rights are transferred to the client for the agreed purposes, within the limits of the defined scope.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the applicable law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.
